Incremental Prime Subs I know we get 1 Twitch Prime sub with out Amazon Prime. Could we consider doing an incremental Twitch Prime sub for each year we renew our Amazon Prime we add another prime sub to our accounts to show that love to creators. So if I have 1 sub and I renew my Amazon Prime, I gain another Twitch Prime Sub to use.

Sub cancellations were outside of my control due to hardware/living situations. This is just a smack in the face. I did NOT get the choice if I WANTED to stop streaming, I HAD to stop streaming. My computer was dying and thanks to crypto and scalpers it took six months to get a graphics card for a new build. Gee, I wonder why my subscribers didn't renew? Greater transparency in the number of subscribers for all viewers It's hard for viewers to see how many subscribers a channel currently has. In my opinion, this number should be visible to everyone as well as the number of followers and current viewers. Some of the streamers display numbers (but for the most part they don't). Sometimes new subscribers are counted per stream, sometimes the current month is mentioned and a number and a target value, but it is not clear whether these are absolute values.

Wasn’t aware paid subs had “Free Previews” I get very tired of the Apple TV app telling me that my free preview has ended for channels I’ve paid to sub.
Happens most times when we go into the app, then into the channel, after having watched the channel the previous night.
If you exit the stream, open another one, and then go back, the error is gone.
At least change the wording on the error... my goodness, I’ve subbed them for 11 months. It’s not my free anything, lol, at that point.

Prorate subscriptions between tier upgrades Let people upgrade their subs freely and refund prorated differences where appropriate. I don't understand why it's not possible to do this. I started a six month subscription to a channel in Subtember, but now I want to upgrade to tier 2 only to find out that I have to pay an additional full price for the tier 2 subscription, even though I'm already on tier 1. Don't show "free channel sub with prime" when it's not available On my subscriptions page it says I have a prime sub available, but the button doesn't show up when i try to sub to a channel. This was confusing and I tried it in 6 ways before figuring out the reason: i'm on an amazon trial account for the second time. Allow streamer to enable/disable option to share subscription anniversary. Allow streamer to enable/disable option to share subscription anniversary. I always check the subs (to see if no one has unsubscribed), and each time someone shares a subscription anniversary, the bot counts as a new subscription and confuses me, as well as counting towards the goal and giving the person points.

Remove "Resubscribe" button for lapsed gift subs It shouldn't say "Resubscribe" if you were gifted a sub, instead it should just say "Subscribe" like it normally does. I don't want it to seem like I've ever subscribed to a streamer by having it say resubscribe simply because I failed to dodge a gift sub.

General Idea to re-haul current Subscription system Long Read, tried to format it in a way to make it easier to get through.
The current Subscription system needs a re-haul. It works for content that is more centric on "On Demand" structure like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. But for content that is at the mercy of actual "live" broadcasts like Twitch, there is a better way to do this. I'm not a streamer, I don't have the knowledge to know how that side of things work firsthand (like the payout system from subs), so this is coming from a viewer (consumer) pov.

Subscription reminder arrives too late I receive a reminder that my subscriptions are going to auto renew around 10 hours after they have already renewed.
It would be much more useful if I received the reminder BEFORE they auto renewed.
I am in the NZ Time Zone which may pay a part in this.

Lifetime subs should be able to be revoked! Subscribers and community members change over time and sometimes some members can fade or become problematic, this is sadly just the way that it is running a community. Currently lifetime subs are cannot be revoked, but the policy should change that you are allowed to revoke each lifetime sub once / limit the number of times they are revoked but they SHOULD be able to be revoked.

Add "one time only" to the subscription page. I prefer to subscribe on my own, a month at a time for certain streamers. It's a bit of a bother to subscribe, which feels good, but then immediately go back into my account, find the sub and cancel subscription because I don't want it to be recurring, which feels bad and seems unnecessary. Please add "One time only" to the drop down menu which currently ONLY offers recurring choices.

1Years Subscription instead of tier 2 and 3 We could sub for streamers we like and encourage them for a whole year?

Founder's badges should exclude banned users If users are banned from a stream, they should not receive or retain a founder's badge. The badge should be revoked and considered ineligible when the ban occurs. I just had a safety risk with banned users being notified that they received a founder's badge (when i hit Partner my founder's badges doubled) and two banned users came up immediately.

Make Translation for "Withdraw from Sub" in German more clear In Germany, the new "Refund" for Subscriptions within 13 Days is labled "Sub kündigen" which translates back in englisch to "Cancel Subscription". It should be more like "Sub zurückziehen" which is the correct Translation from the englisch labeling "Withdraw from Sub". This makes it more clear which Button is for Refund and which Button is for canceling your Subscription. Right now, both suggest the same Functionality.

When you ban a streamer, you should automatically refund, at least partially, anyone subscribed to said streamer. Very unethical to just keep peoples money when you ban a streamer, and also to keep charging those who subscribe recurringly.

Twitch Prime and Twitch Turbo Twitch Prime and Twitch Turbo is getting expensive to keep all the time. It would be good business practices to give us that purchase both a free month of use somewhere. Like between then both is almost 30 dollars a month. You guys have made millions.. Stop being so stingy, cause after a while we all will get exactly what er give to others. If stingy is what you show, then stingy is what you get.
