Recently I purchased a large amount of subs in anonymous form but it will forever stay as an anonymous gifted. Even though it clearly says in your receipt that it's under your name it will still not let you redo that option. As the person who purchased the gifted subs you should be able to control whether or not you wanna be anonymous at that moment or later especially if you wanted to add all your anonymous gifted to collect the badge and the leaderboard. Some people just want the gifted badge without the shout out or appear in the leaderboard later as a flex while still being hidden whenever they want to.
Getting a refund seems unjustified as the pay was already made and asking for helping in support will not work to revert it either. So there should just be an option to stay anonymous when purchasing but keep the purchase under the account and allow the amount of gifted to towards the person's name in the leaderboard or collectively so it will always be under the person's name while also not staying anonymous forever without proper recognition.
(Basically add a toggle to let the anonymous gifted purchase the person made go under the holder's name)
