Gift subs only to current viewers
Hi. I would like to be able to gift subs only to the current viewers.
I don't want to gift subs to all the followers (to community) because I don't want to gift subs to users that are not active for years.

Agreed. I gift subs to the community on a channel with more than 80,000 followers, and while there may be 2,000 active in chat, most do not receive my glfts, nor do they whisper a Thanks, so I suspect they don't really appreciate it.
