Prioritize gifted subs to chatters
I sometimes see non-chatters or lurkers getting gifted subs. It would be neat if instead of gifted subs being random, they can be given out to normal or dedicated chatter, then go on to lurkers and random viewers. It makes more sense if gifted subs go to people who are more likely to watch the stream, use your emotes, etc. Thank you.

This needs to happen & become a feature. I can't start getting gifted subs when I'm more than capable to sub if I choose to but I choose not to.
Having the option to revoke the gift & it go to someone else who would appreciate it much more than myself has to become a reality. -

On other hand, a person not feeling like talking is not the same as not watching. I find it fair that every viewer has the same chance of getting a sub no matter if they feel like talking or no. They are still viewers.
