Unfair to region
For american/canadian users the price of a sub is $4.99 tier 1, and an affiliate gets just under half of that amount. In the UK we pay minimum of £4.99 per tier 1, which evidentally means we are paying more than americans/canadians but after conversion rate we are receiving less than americans/canadians.
We pay more yet receive less and i think that is totally unfair for a tier 1 sub at $4.99 is roughly almost $7 yet we only get just over $2 for that sub, thats almost 70% profit from the EU you make as you pay us less....
I suggest you make the rates fair to each continent based on how much we pay when converted to dollars so we receive equal amounts per sub as everyone else in america/canada. Equality is the main factor to be considered and should be addressed!!!!

fyi Canadian sub prices are $6.99 CAD atm, this made sense up until about a year ago when $5 USD ~= $7 CAD, but now it's around $6.3 CAD for $5 USD. There's also stupid 10% tax ultimately making it $7.7 CAD, not making it any easier for us either.
