Amazon PRIME subscription benefit turned into a support by watching platform
So currently, if you are an Amazon PRIME member you get 1 free subscription per month that you have to use or lose. You have to remember to use it each month on the appropriate day, or you lose those days availability.
Instead, create a platform where each month the Amazon PRIME member's view time is "tracked" (as if it's not already) for each person they watch. Then each creator gets a % of the $5.00 sub price in the form of earnings in their dashboard each month. Instead of "Prime Subs" in the revenue list, it would say something like "Prime Revenue" and would post on the first business day of each month reflecting the earnings for the previous month.
e.g. John is an Amazon PRIME member. John only ever watches 3 creators on Twitch, they are his mostest favorites. John spends 10 hours per month watching Creator 1, 50 hours per month watching Creator 2, and 40 hours per month watching Creator 3.
In this scenario, Creator 1 would get 10% of $5.00 ($0.50). Creator 2 would get 50% of $5.00 ($2.50). Creator 3 would get 40% of $5.00 ($2.00).
This would make it so the PRIME member wouldn't have to do anything to use their benefits each month, but would also reward ALL creators they watch regularly. Create specific rules to make the calculations a bit easier, such as it only take into account full hours of time watched rather than calculating to 0.0004 or something.
If they happen to watch 30 creators each month, well then those creators need to battle it out IRL fortnite/PUBG style for the love and affection of that viewer.
