Rework the gifted sub algorithm
Getting gifted subs is really nice, but when you get a ton of gifted subs and you can't recognize a single name out of the group that was gifted, and some of those people come in asking "Why did I get a gifted sub, I don't even watch this streamer," it doesn't feel as nice. When you get gifted subs, the streamer's community should take priority over anyone else, and be the first ones to receive gifted subs.
I know that this probably wouldn't be something easy to accomplish, because even checking the box to not receive gifts to streamers you don't follow doesn't even work properly, but I think that gifted subs should be gifted in the order of:
-Previous Subs
-Most Watchtime
-Followers
-Random
Its not fair to the people who have never watched your stream/followed receive a gifted sub over people who actively support you.

I agree with Dave, but at the same time it sort of makes sense to gift subs to random people. People who are already watching and enjoying the streamer are more likely to sub for themselves anyways, but if a random person gets a sub they have to go back and see who the streamer was - bringing traffic back to said streamer.

For any given streamer, I think gifted subs should be prioritized to people who have a minimum watch time of certain amount (perhaps like 10 to 15 hours) that haven't subbed before. I think it will help build relationships with streamers and bring in more money over time.

I have a feeling that the algorithm has now been updated to give the gifted subs to people actually present at the time. I use to get lots of random gifted subs, but now I only seem to get them for channels I am actively watching while I am in there. Thoughts?
