Partners/Affiliates can gift subs for half price
Partners/Affiliates should have the ability to gift subs to their viewers for half price, but Twitch would get full revenue. It's kind of redundant for a streamer to pay full price for a viewers sub when Twitch is the only one making a profit from it.
Example: I want to gift a Tier 2 subscription to viewer X as a giveaway. Instead of paying the full $9.99, I only pay the half Twitch takes ($4.99) and I take no revenue from it.

make the prices the streamer sees 50% off. so twitch makes their share. Let the streamer not have to pay the full price. Their is no reason to make the streamer pay full price, just make them pay the half twitch would get. so you dont have to take 50% of what is paid back to the streamer again. Just let streamers give out gifted subs at 50% off, so they can give twitch
their half of the money for the gifted subs. Streamers will prob gift more.
