Due to regional pricing at some countries gifting subs is a more valid option than buying bits. Looking at you Australia. An attached message is an important part as many channels use it for TTS communication with the streamer.

In my personal opinion, the idea to get better information for gifted sub to your own channel would be a nice way to be thankful for the community you are a part of; especially for community that are large when chat is unreadable.

If someone gifts subs to a channel, they should be able to include a message, much like they can do when they resubscribe to a channel. A Sub is a Sub

This is really helpful for folks who wanna engage with their community as they give to their community. I give a lot of stuff when I have the budget and I don't really do bits often but I'd love to be able to say something to my streamers that they can go back and read when I give out subs

It just makes sense. I have heard this from so many different people and streamers, and everyone seems to be on the same page – this should be an implemented feature already.

If someone is gifting subs, I think they should be able to add a short message. It should be open for the mods to make the message invisible if it isn't alright.

This is a good idea, as it allows better recognition to users who may gift tier 2 / 3 subs, whereas presently, it's hidden behind a general message.

We need better Broadcaster visibility, otherwise it can cause a disconnect with their community.
