2. Error Prevention

Make the linked game accounts visible, if I link one of my 2 or 3 Riot Games account i want to be able to see which one is conncected and possibly have a switch between them. That would avoid people to claim objects on the wrong account as it happened to me and loose 1 hr with the support to ask to change the accuont of the reward, thing that they are not able to do.

   1: Visibility of system status

The design should always keep users informed about what is going on, through appropriate feedback within a reasonable amount of time.

When users know the current system status, they learn the outcome of their prior interactions and determine next steps. Predictable interactions create trust in the product as well as the brand.

Good error messages are important, but the best designs carefully prevent problems from occurring in the first place. Either eliminate error-prone conditions, or check for them and present users with a confirmation option before they commit to the action.

There are two types of errors: slips and mistakes. Slips are unconscious errors caused by inattention. Mistakes are conscious errors based on a mismatch between the user’s mental model and the design.

6. Stop propping up terrorists like Hasan Piker

Its pretty simple when someone: supports terrorists, tells people to kill themselves, defames anyone that disagrees with him, glorifies terrorist propaganda, platforms a terrorist, and antisemitic. They deserve a permaban. This is why your platform is dying, youre supporting actually evil people

7. Staying logged in and connection QoL

I don't use Twitch daily, which means almost everytime I do want to use it, I've been logged out. Which means I have to go to my password manager, unlock it, copy-paste my password, open my emails, input a verification code, go back to my emails to delete the one for the code and the one that lets me know I just logged in, and only then can I see IF the streamers I follow are live and IF I wanna watch their stream.

Most of the time I just give up at step "I see I've been logged out" because it's not worth going through all that just to check whether or not there is content I want to watch - which makes me not use Twitch very often, which makes it log me out, etc.

Please let us choose to "remember me" and do so for a very long time, just like on Youtube where I'm never logged out unless I manually do so. Please also let us choose to trust devices, and don't require a verification code anymore (or very rarely) for those devices that we consider safe. It might seem little but I'm sure it'd be a huge QoL improvement for many people.
