I am sorry to report that Twitch Support is quite non-existent. The 'live chat' feature via the help page is fully AI, the 'bot' transfers you to an 'agent', it's AI
I put in a ticket nearly 2 days ago via Twitch Partner help tickets, no reply. This is not good enough!
I stream for a living, I had a multi-accounting troll with new accounts have the ability to spam report me and get me banned by AI. My appeal was successful but then still resulted in me not having access to Twitch chat/streaming for 48hrs, this is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

I understand where technology is going, and I agree that using AI is likely the way, eventually. However there needs to be guardrails to prevent these types of obvious problems. You have access to tens of thousands of Partnered streamers willing to provide free feedback, tips, and ideas and you should use that to your advantage.
