Lead mod functionalities
Add functionalities to the lead mod role:
manage stream together sessions:
accept invite, send invite, join shared chat and leave shared chat,...manage chanel point rewards:
add new, delete rewards, set and update point cost,...manage emotes:
add emote, remove emotes,...

To add upon the channel point rewards, making, finishing and extending community channel point goals. And also adding the ability to change the bits powerup and disabling them
Lead mods should have this ability as they are meant as the people that know the most about the community and streamers wants/needs.

I agree with your suggestion.
I would even add that these permissions could be configured by the streamer, but it's up to them to decide whether or not to allow these functions to the Lead Mods.
