Multiple Incorrect Bans Due to Bot or Automated Account
Good afternoon/evening. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this; if not, please move it to a more appropriate forum. I have concerns about the current detection system for humans and bots. This year alone, I've been permanently banned twice due to being labeled a "bot or automated account" and had to appeal to be unbanned. Therefore, I'm wondering how your system can have such difficulty distinguishing between real people and bots. It's worth noting that I usually lurk during streams and hardly write anything. Could this be why the system always thinks I'm a bot? I would like to request that you thoroughly review your detection system to prevent this from happening again in the future and save a lot of trouble.
