Use the same software for changing usernames as creating a new one.
When I was trying to change my username it was running an error. I tried reaching to support and they informed me the username was not already taken. I then decided to make a new account, when it told me the word “sucks” was not allowed.
Please copy the same process creating a username has that tells users when a word or phrase is disallowed since currently it on runs an error stating “Something went wrong. Please try again “
