I can't verify my account with my phone number

Hello,

I would like to ask Twitch Support or whoever works here to look at their verification system because it just doesn't work. Two days ago I got a "A verified phone number is required to chat in this channel", at first I thought it was for the channel only but then I went to like 30 different streamers and its definitely site wide. After 8 hours or so, the verification lock disappeared and I was able to chat again, then today I tried to send a youtube link in a twitch chat and the lock happened again. The problem with all of this is the SMS verification system doesn't work at all, I've tried doing it with my phone number over 10 times and no SMS code came through, then I thought maybe its the mobile operator maybe, so I tried a different number and it was the same thing where I didn't get a code. I tried pressing "Resend the code" or whatever the button is and still with no luck.

Now I don't know what to do cause I'm 100% entering the correct number, I don't have anything blocked, I have a good signal and my "Do not disturb" is off.

    I agree, I have the same problem, I can not confirm my phone number for more than 2 months, my number is not blocked, even bought a new number of another service provider and still does not work, messages from other services comes, mode “do not disturb” is off, I saw the information that the region of Russia is blocked on Twitch, but I am from Ukraine and I still do not get the code.
    I wrote 2 times to support, in the first time they told me to check if the phone number is blocked, signal and so on, in the second time they told me that they know about this problem and are trying to solve it, but it is somehow very long I have a little understanding of how it works at the development level and can not say that it is difficult.
    if Twitch doesn't mind i can help them to solve this problem))))
    as long as they don't give up on it.

    same happened to me, i have been trying to verify my account with my phone number now for the past two weeks but it is not going through, because they are not sending any verification code, and this is frustrating because they will limit you to message, you won't be able to message who you want to, please twitch look to this and make corrections/amends, Thanks.

    Do Twitch even care, I've seen hundreds of the same complaint and I haven't been able to type in chat because of it
