Get rid of the 4 letter policy and allow 3 letter names again!

    4 Letter policy is so outdated and almost all have been taken. So many people have a 3 letter username but have to deal with adding; a number, an extra letter etc.

    I feel like some streamers are know by certain usernames (3 letter username). Please make this possible because I gives people more ways of coming up with usernames (especially streamers or content creators).
