IDEA:Notification when stream ends even if youre not watching like when stream starts

EX:USERNAME has stopped streaming *** secs/mins ago.

When getting a push notification it is not always right away i get to see the notifications. If possible, the notification could show the current uptime of the stream for the notification. Additionally, it could inform the notification receiver that the stream is in fact over if that were the case.
