    I have a 2020 Samsung Smart TV and the Twitch app "release" in 2022 is for a specific subset of very new Samsung TVs - there is no widespread app yet.

    Why did Twitch order the takedown of the older app in 2017 without plans for a replacement? :(

    Even if there is an app now, there is a delay compared to playing it over on a browser. So much so that interacting with chat is delayed.

    I have a LG UH6100 smartv, but your application was not available. I'm a big fan of the platform, I would like to ask for this or if you have any plans to launch, since my TV has support for all applications!

    We desperately need one. My wife loves watching Blizzard's HTC stuff and I was both surprised and disappointed to find out that my new LG TV had no Twitch app. We have one every where else. Give webOS some love please.

    Same situation... For the record, the Twitch website/videos do *kinda* work on the integrated browser but the experience is horrible. 3 votes.

    Patrick Rorth's work is good, the problem was LG won't approve his app. So we're stuck with no way to stream on WebOS.

    Hello, I'd like to suggest a twitch application to WebOS so called SmarTV, I own a LG 42LB5600 television although it's not a powerful smartv, it still one. My main disappointment is when I want to just relax, lay in my bed and watch some stream but then I remember that I would need turn on my PC and then go to twitch's website and when I'm about to sleep I have to go again to my computer and turn it off... I don't think it would take much time to the twitch developers to create an app to the TVs that use the WebOS OS.
