Add playback speed for VODs on TV apps

I love watching VODs at a faster playback speed so I can view more content faster, but this option is only on web rather than on my TV app where I prefer to watch.

    Shocking that Twitch is an Amazon company and the app for THEIR FIRETV stick doesn't have the capability to change playback speed.
