De nombreux streamers et spectateurs sur Twitch rencontrent des difficultés de lecture à cause de troubles dys, notamment la dyslexie. Aujourd'hui, Twitch ne propose aucune option native pour changer la police d'affichage du chat ou de l'interface.
Nous demandons l'intégration d'une option d'accessibilité permettant de changer la police utilisée dans :
le chat (en tant que streamer et viewer),
le panneau de discussion dans le dashboard créateur,
les menus (titres de stream, descriptions, panneaux).
Des polices comme Verdana, OpenDyslexic, Lexend…2 votes -
Playback On my iPhone 15 Pro Max I cannot scrub videos forwards or backwards at all. I am on iOS 18.5. I have to constantly spam the +10 or +15 option to get to where I want. That's a pretty huge issue I am sure can be resolved quickly. Thank you!

What is with this dogshit TikTok user interface? I haven’t used this website in a while, due to increasingly annoying interface updates, ridiculous advertising practices, and promoting non gamers on the front page. I miss the days when Twitch was GAMING website. Also the fact that it is 2025 and we STILL cannot subscribe to streamers with Twitch Prime through the mobile app is a disgrace. No wonder why everybody is transitioning to other platforms to stream on. Instead of investing half-a-billion dollars into a single streamer, put it towards getting somebody that has a functioning brain to fix problems that have existed for years.

There There should be auto translate mode for both chat and streamer voice built in twitch for all devices. So that people can understand what the streamer and chat are saying in a foreign language. I believe having communication equity is very important for the future of twitch.

Pinch to zoom on mobile app not working on newest update? Anyone else experience this? It works on some streams but most streams it doesn’t. Maybe some overlay addon (that stupid feature on regular browsers) is bugging the interface?
EDIT: I’m on iOS 18.5 on iPhone 13 Pro

Ellipses Not sure if this intended or a bug. In Chat Overlay mode, longer chat segments will shorten with ellipses (…) after a portion of the statement. This is understandable for the landscape overlay. But if you turn the app vertical to view the chat log, the same chat segments retain their ellipses.
If you switch to column mode, this does not occur in either landscape or vertical format.
It would make more sense in overlay mode to have the ellipses while in landscape with the clear overlay, and then to switch to normal when viewing the vertical chat log.

I want a refund "Hey there, I recently noticed that my little brother made a fraudulent subscription purchase on my account on Twitch. Is there any possibility I could get a refund for the $12 my brother unknowingly charged on my account?"
This should give the customer service representative an idea of what happened and request a refund. In order to proceed with a refund request, they may require additional information, such as a proof of purchase or account details, depending on _Twitch's refund policies.2 votes -

Emotes aren’t sorted anymore Channel emotes aren’t sorted by channel anymore. Why??? The emotes are now in one big “unlocked” category and are all jumbled together how is this supposed to be a good thing.

視聴者数の可視 アプリを起動しフォローしたゲームを見ようとスクロールさせるとフォローしてあるゲームのサムネイルの下に一瞬そのゲームの総視聴者数が表示されますが消えます。以前は普通に見れたはずです。そして今は何故わざわざ消すのですか。理解出来ません。総視聴者数を見せて下さい

If you go off a stream and pick it back up a few minutes later it goes back to the start and not where I left off ? Stream restarting from the beginning even if left open as a tab

An option to empty recently watched stream The recently watched stream list cannot be reset, especially when there’s a replay only available to subscribers. An option needs to be added to clear these items.

Following list needs to stop going back to the top after picking a stream then going back to the list I’m not sure if this is a new feature or bug, but (for example) when I go down my following list and pick someone near the bottom and then I stop watching, I swipe left to go back to the following list. The problem now is that the list AUTOMATICALLY goes back to the top of the list. At first, I thought it was because it does this after watching for a long time, but it actually does this even after watching for a second. I’m pretty sure it didn’t do this before, where if I pick someone to watch…

Auto mute ads Advertising is annoying and worthless to everyone and the worst part is having to listen to them at all. I always mute advertising 100% of the time because they are spawn of *****. Simple easiest solution is having an option to automatically mute all advertisements to make viewing easier and more comfortable for the viewers themselves.
