New update needs to be reverted
The new 10/2026 update for IOS 26+ has made the Twitch mobile app even harder to use. The new seamless quality change mechanism no longer forces a hard player refresh, causing permanent audio/video desynchronization from the chat stream edge. Because of this, I’m seeing 2+ secs of latency between the stream itself, and the chat. So now the streamer sees chat messages and replies to them before the viewer even sees the chat. Please fix this.
