Make mobile mod view functional in landscape
Mod view in landscape doesn't show enough of chat to actually be able to mod. Top cheers and shared chat announcements are well and good, but they really aren't useful to mod. Collapsing the stream is the only option for showing more chat, and I find it helpful to actually be able to watch a stream. Most tablets charge on their short edges. Most covers support landscape positioning.
