Fix chat not fully connecting
when I first connect to a stream chat messages will not be displayed for up to 5 min. also some of the chat messages do not even show up. this is confirmed when the streamers is showing live chat on their stream and I see a bunch of messages that I never receive in my chat window. this is happening on web and ios and console.
