The new mobile UI is absolutely catastrophic. I don't see perks on any of the new things, but if you need to switch it up from time to time, oh well....
The Feed option as the new starting page is horrible. I understand that twitch probably wants to get better in the 'discovery'-department and such a feed is not a bad solution but to have it as the starting page is just unfavorable. When I go to my list of streams - start one of them - and then want to look further down the list or want to manually search for something or anything else, it won't let you keep watching the stream because you automatically come back to the for-you-feed which plays without you wanting it to and it gets really annoying after some time.
As mentioned the for-you-feed can be good for people who want to find new content, but not as a starting page.
Why not make it another tab on the bottom and have your followed streamers that are live as main tab or literally anything else but the feed?

I thought the old list of your followed streamers was much better to look at, however the list skipped to show a stream from time to time and you needed to reload it to see all. The new one is not as good but fine.
