I really don’t mind the new UI, change is sometimes good. I do think some stuff needs to change the following page should have an own tab to make it easier to see who’s streaming from streamers you follow.

The new twitch mobile app seems like you asked AI to make a TikTok clone and merge it with twitch previous app. And then used toddlers interns payed in exposure to make it “usable”

The new mobile update is horrible, and makes it really near impossible to navigate, and find streams or channels you WANT to see, or that you follow! Please put it back! I can't find anything half the time!

Look, Twitch was already not known for its discoverability. Please don’t turn navigating this app into doom scrolling social media. The old format gave me recommendations that I would often use anyways but now it’s even more difficult as an algorithm has taken away my agency of choice.

The update is so bad. They could have at the BARE MINIMUM gave us a option to toggle it. They could at least do that. Until then I will not be using anything besides the search feature. I hate that I can't see who I follow is streaming without some gross background movement.

I hate that now Twitch looks like any other apps with Reels or Shorts and the moment I open Twitch I get a content shoved on my face. Please revert! I like browsing my list of online streamers that I follow! I hate having a full screen of stream, which the layout is not even comfortable to look at, the moment I open Twitch and having to scroll through other streams one by one! It's so frustrating. PLEASE REVERT!

Twitch app didn't get any proper updates for what feels like a decade, then you do this and it's SO far from what's needed/wanted by anyone who uses the app. I've not seen a company so far out of touch with their user base as Twitch has become.

The new app IS GOD AWFUL.
Automatically starting a stream? Bad
Having that stream's audio play underneath what I was listening to already? Bad
Having to press the heart icon that is basically hidden to find list of followed channels to watch what I want? Bad
Uncheck "chat overlay" option for chat and have it still overlay chat? Bad
Swiping left to go back in the app leaves the stream I was watching? Bad

The new changes are horrible no good and very bad. Please sit down, grab a juice box, and think about what you've done.
