New update is so unbelievably bad, can't even change the random sorting in the follows menu. Why would I want to look at my followed streamers in a random sorting instead of high to low like it always has been? Also hate the autoplay a random stream as soon as you open the app. How about work on the horrible delay between the stream and chat in the console apps instead of ruining the mobile app that was fine before? I will be following many others here and refuse to use this garbage UI until it is reverted back. I don't understand how something as big as Twitch can be so horrible about updates and feedback. Everyone hated it in the beta but you roll it out anyway? Why? It just baffles me how bad Twitch is at listening to the people.

This new UI is garbage, trying to push their preferred streamers and have to scroll through all the **** just to see your followed streamers stream title. If there actually is anyone who likes it make it an option to view it in classic or new *** mode. Stop trying to be hip Twitch, your the old guy in the room.

App is genuinely difficult to use now. Impossible to tell when a channel has a new VOD and impossible to see what streams are happening at a glance. Does not feel designed by someone who has ever used the platform before.

Current UX researcher for gaming. Please revert the changes to the home page. It’s inaccessible, doesn’t follow basic UXD principles (find your goal in 3 or less interactions), and makes my experience much worse. For example, when navigating back to the twitch app from another application, the stream I have going on in the background automatically mutes despite having it double selected? Please please please take this back to the drawing board.

Holy moly this tiktok UI is the worst! I am a past UX designer (PO on apps) myself and this makes no sense! TikTok is a slot machine, dopamine enducing app with an endress scroll feed to keep you in the loop.

Twitch is literally the opposite where you spend a long time watching the same content creator. Which stupid r-word product owner or CPO thought this was a smart move towards a better user experience or increase user engagement?!

Agree with everything mentioned. App was great please don’t try and fix what isn’t broken.
I want to see my follow list at a glance and see what they are streaming including the screen cap and the title.
Even your recent chat changes were bad but bearable.
I don’t think you understand your users at all.

Please us the option to have a list of our followed streams with a thumbnail as a home page option. The swiping TikTok style is motion sickness inducing. I just want to see clearly at a glance what my followed streamers are playing so I can get to viewing easily.
