Revert new app changes
Please revert these new changes made to the app. I can’t use the app properly anymore. When I open twitch I want to see my follow list, who’s on and what they are streaming, not some random stream that starts playing.
Also where did the “continue watching” list go? I can’t see it anywhere. Do I actually have to go through profiles and search through vods and try to remember which specific vid I was watching?
Wow! These new changes are a nightmare, please revert to the original format before I delete the app.

Twitch app didn't get any proper updates for what feels like a decade, then you do this and it's SO far from what's needed/wanted by anyone who uses the app. I've not seen a company so far out of touch with their user base as Twitch has become.

This is my Twitch phone app feedback. Hiding the "Following" button (your followed streamers) within the "Feed" aka the newly renamed "Home" button then making the Following button transparent and the Feed renamed Home then also autoplaying a streamers stream at the same time?
what happens if im using phone data? will this double it? I ask because if i closed the streamer im watch it will instant play the Feed without my permission.
You could've easily made a Feed sub-tab for streamers within the "Following" button but you placed "Activity" on that spot where the "Following " old spot was? that makes zero sense why people would like it.
I had issues with the Feed autoplaying and the occasion when it force send me to the "Feed" stream when i was watching another streamer but i never commented about it since it was its own thing with minor inconveniences but putting my followed streamers button within it is just too much. I won't use the app anymore
it still baffles me as to why i need a dedicated "Activity" button on my twitch phone app, it isn't as important as my followed streams that would subscribe for, should i just don't sub anymore?
Revert it back

The new update is so bad. I want the old UI back and no TikTok. If I want to watch short videos, I go to Tiktok and not Twitch. I want to watch streams there. I uninstalled the app straight away and will only watch Twitch via a web browser as long as the change remains. I also reduced the review on the Play Store to 1 star. I have no idea who came up with this nonsense with the new UI.

This is so bad, it's unuseable. I uninstalled the app and will be using the website on mobile instead.

This update is straight up gross. Roll it back please. If you want to redesign the UI, come up with something makes sense for the kind of content found on Twitch: long form! It’s not little snippets. Except Clips, actually, so maybe use that as the equivalent of Shorts on youtube if you must. But please don’t turn this app into an opportunity to free up storage on my phone.

I agree with so many comments here. This update is so far out of line with what twitch IS that it makes me assume whoever spearheaded this design project is completely unfamiliar with the platform.
Strongly considering going third party, but then eventually twitch will just **** with the API and everything will snowball. Don't try to fix what isn't broken about twitch, try to improve what already works.
Idk. Mega disappointed.

as blind user that uses the screen reader on their phone, I am able to see the first page of a person I don’t want to follow, when I try to scroll it directly takes me to page 27 and I am unable to scroll anywhere after that. This is leaving out a whole demographic of users that enjoy twitch. Please go back to the earlier version of Twitch, because this is completely unsustainable and I am unable to watch my favorite streamers without having to go to the search bar to find their username.

Without being too dramatic I’ve been a twitch user pretty much since its inception (check my account age). I probably watch over 40–50 hours a week. The app update took me about 60 seconds to realise there is now no point in following my channels. Can no longer surf thumbnails of streamers doing runs as it doesn’t exist on mobile anymore, feel like it’s going to wreck speed running and challenge communities with this. Honestly it’s a terrible UI. Twitch isn’t a quick video place, people go live for 8-9 hours regularly and you can’t consume their content like this. Please change this back

The worst ******** thing. Been on Turbo and mobile app for 8 years. The app is now off my phone as it is unacceptabley brain-rotty for me. App is gone. My usage will go down surely. Turbo next? Twitch alltogether after that? I already play less games than ever. It’s a sad day and not an exaggeration, an end of an era for me.

I would have liked to come on and suggest some fixes to the list of things that could improve experience. Instead, I’m going to shove this bit of text in front of any non-AI people that care about customer experience left, just as they shoved the awful new interface in front of me. Revert it, build in some optionality, or I’ll likely delete my account.

I've spent thousands of dollars on your platform, and it is going to come to a screeching halt unless you start showing a sliver of respect for your users. The new update is beyond abysmal. No one asked for it. There is no justification. What's worse is the fake attempt at "engagement" by people like jezforrester on Reddit, ignoring what everyone's telling you and giving sanctimonious and condescending "advice".

I have never tried to leave feedback before as well. The new update makes it feel like I’ve been locked out of my account. I am unable to sort the browse page; when scrolling I counted that I only followed 7 of the first 27 auto-generated games. There is no ability for me to upvote or downvote the games that the app is suggesting to me. Every time I navigate back to the app’s default homepage, the streamer I am watching is auto paused. I love the community I’ve found on Twitch, but this new app makes me feel like my account got deleted- it is less user friendly and less discovery friendly. I am disappointed. Please reconsider these recent changes.
