Revert new app changes
Please revert these new changes made to the app. I can’t use the app properly anymore. When I open twitch I want to see my follow list, who’s on and what they are streaming, not some random stream that starts playing.
Also where did the “continue watching” list go? I can’t see it anywhere. Do I actually have to go through profiles and search through vods and try to remember which specific vid I was watching?
Wow! These new changes are a nightmare, please revert to the original format before I delete the app.

Ok this new **** ui is stupidly annoying. I cant even watch a stream without it automatically changing to other streams every 10 mins. So stupid. Twitch should very much hire people that uses the app regularly or at least aware of what the platform wants to provide, easy access to their favorite streamers. Because this new **** is just horrible, i used to be able to see if a streamer im trying to watch is online or not as soon as i launch the app. Now? I have to tap all the way on the top left just to see a list of unsorted streamers i follow, emphasis on unsorted coz who the F thinks its a good idea to have that on display. I swear this update makes the Kick app a million times better and that app sucks ***. Whoever came up with this idea should really go back to tiktok coz this **** doesn’t work on streaming platform, at least separate it. And whoever approved it is just plain dumb and have zero idea what hes doing.

This is the worst update to an app I've ever seen and not liked by anyone it should be rolled back!

This new update is absolutely atrocious, and it's mind boggling that there's no option to revert any settings. Having a list of my followed streams when I open the app was all that was necessary. This already has, and will continue to force me to other platforms (ex. Youtube).

Scrolling through the new discovery feed (as of July 29, 2024) is a waste of screen space and my time. On the old feed I could easily see who is live and make a quick decision on who I wanted to watch, the only scrolling I needed to do was to see more options that were all compacted nicely into my screen. I avoid TikTok because of this feature, and if I must, I will avoid Twitch as well.

Please revert these changes - the current app as it is I find virtually unusable. I don't need the app to look like TikTok - I need Twitch to make it easy for me to decide who I want to watch! Forcing people's streams on to my phone's screen when I may not even watch them has just made me go use the desktop browser version only.

Please revert the changes to the mobile app. It takes way too much unintuitive navigation to get to the stream I am looking for.

For the love of everything holy, please revert back to the way it was before this garbage update. I’ve started watching YouTube and Netflix more instead of dealing with this new UI.
Bite the bullet and say you made a mistake. The silence from you on this topic is deafening!

How do you push an update that destroys your user experience so completely and not immediately apologize and undo it. Twitch, this is garbage, stop trying to be tik tok, your app was actually pretty good before. Now every time I open it by habit I immediately close it because I won't see anything I actually want. You are losing watch time.

Reading the comments on the beta version, I'm amazed anyone at Twitch thought rolling this update to everyone would be a good idea. It's so bad it makes the app unusable, it completely breaks the experience

I was actually very happy with the changes to "recommended channels". I used them a lot to discover new streams.
I don't know why but the algorithm for the live channels on the app seems to be a different one? I am not interested in the ones popping up there. I have a difficult time finding the content I am interested now. Huge step back.
Guys, your entire User Voice section for the mobile app is about please revert the recent change.
Please, revert the change.

It is great so many people think this way😄
The home page could be a good future if is separate from brawsing following channels and as soon as starts watching someone and minimises the video to go true to other tabs in the Twitch app so that the main video stays playing content without distraction. And videos /previews need to be played on demand.
The home as it is can be used until the viewer decides what to watch.
