[Feature] Stories on Twitch
Stories on Twitch is a new feature in the Twitch mobile app that helps you stay connected with your community when you’re not live. Stories let you share photos, clips, or freeform content using text, custom channel emotes, and backgrounds that expire in 48 hours. Creating stories is currently limited to Partners & Affiliates who have had at least one stream in the last 30 days. Streamers with at least 30 subscribers (including gift subs) will also have the option to create sub-only stories. Learn more about stories and current eligibility requirements in our Help Article: https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/stories. We'd love to learn what else you'd like to see so share with us your feedback.

Some trolls make me laugh they say "nobody asked for another social media in twitch" speak for yourself, most of creators love that tool, I hope the creator being listened, as we asked for tools like this since ever.

Your senior product manager is excited, but can I, as a viewer, opt out of stories existing for me? Especially in the way of what I came to twitch for by forcing them to be at the top? Nobody asked for ANOTHER social media app shorts tiktok feed reel story STOP IT.

why only select affiliates and partners, let everyone have access to it. if they do not like it then have option to disable it. i thought this was for everyone.

As a vtuber I am not able to upload a video to the twitch stories. We use apps to make the short videos but can't import them. If we had the ability to post short videos like youtube shorts then it would be worth it. That's my suggestion.
