Support display cutouts
Allow content to be laid out behind the cutout area while in fullscreen, either by default or with a pinch gesture.
Setting full screen mode or "always display notch" in the android options doesn't work. So it must be implemented (https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/views/layout/display-cutout#choose_how_your_app_handles_cutout_areas).
I think it's an essential feature, especially for video apps. It's annoying getting a whole black bar just to hide a tiny punch hole.
