Fix low latency mode on mobile…

The low latency toggle on mobile isn’t doing anything at the moment. Usually when it works the stream jumps ahead or jumps back depending on the mode but it’s not changing anything.

    There was an update for me today again and that’s brought the low latency toggle back :)

    Bring back the low latency toggle on mobile, the "default" low latency doesn't actually work.

    I don't even have that toggle anymore and my latency is garbage since the last mobile update.

    Can you bring back the low latency settings on the android app? Im having like a 10 second delay when watching streamers.
