About 50 to 60% of the people that watch other streamers on Twitch do so VIA Mobile. I notice on Mobile though when going to Subscribe you can only do that in only Tier 1. You should give mobile the options for viewers to choose either a Tier 2 or Tier 3 subscription. I had alot of my viewers that want to do that but they was unable to because they watch via mobile.
