Require Phone number verification or Affiliated accounts to do mobile live streams
To keep all members of the community safe, all users should be either affiliate or have phone number verification enabled before they are able to do mobile live streams.
Similar platforms have mobile live streaming requirements for obvious reasons, twitch should as well.
