Default Mobile Resolution for Stream Output option.
Have an option for the creator to set the output resolution for mobile users by default to a lower resolution.
When I refer people to twitch to warch my stream from mobile they give up and say the stream is choppy or lagging because the auto feature always does the highest resolution instead of a default lower resolution.
I would rather the output resolution be 480 at first and not have them give up on the stream because 1080 doesn't work well with phone service. The auto option doesn't work well it seems.

THIS! Twitch has been unusable sometimes due to the resolution minimums being too high.

this is also a problem other way around. twitch app changes the resolution by itself when jumping in between streams. it would be really helpful to be able to lock resolution as a user.
for example, I set a resolution in popular stream to 480p and the streamer has lots of options. then I jump into a new stream that has limited options, but the streamer streams on 1080p --> resolution goes to 1080p. when I go back to first stream, the resolution then stays in 1080p even though I just set it lower.
This has been a problem while travelling since there's always limited data available and sudden change to 1080p60 or smthn just drains everything so fast and doesn't really give anything in return. (I sometimes go to big resolution, if there's some small text on the screen, but very rarely. one fix would also be to give those new streamers all the available resolutions instead of just one.
