Ultrawide (21/9) video starts playing at widescreen (16/9) ratio
It seems sometimes, when playing ultrawide videos ("21/9" aspect ratio) on my android tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 6), the video starts playing vertically stretched out to 16/9 aspect ratio. Rotating the image, or switching from and to fullscreen will resize the video to the correct 21/9 ratio.
This only seems to happen if there was no ad played when starting the video or stream. As there is a workaround when this happens, and it may not be happening to other tablet viewers, I'd imagine this is more of an annoyance, but it could be detrimental to streamers who use the 21/9 aspect ratio.
To test this out, you can lookup my streams (via DummyBump), or lookup other videos by searching for "ultrawide", "21/9", or "21:9". If you get an ad at the beginning, let the ad play, observe that the video should have the proper aspect ratio, then close the video, and re-play it which should now start without the ad, and possibly with the wrong 16/9 ratio (stretched out vertically). Rotate or displaying/hiding the chat should set the video in the proper 21/9 aspect ratio.
This may only be a problem on Android tablets, and it could just be mine, as I've not seen this reported elsewhere.
