Allow access to Get Followed Channels for Application Tokens
Allow access to https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/#get-followed-channels for Application tokens.
When this was moved over to the newer api, it became restricted to only work with user tokens. This completely breaks a feature some of my users enjoyed, which looked at two following lists and told them their mutual followed channels to help people know where they might have encountered one another before, or identify shared interests/communities.
Alternatively, an endpoint that specifically lists mutual follow connections of two users, or even a UI feature that shows mutual follows when clicking on someone's name would be great.
Giving users control of who can access their followed channels list by requiring a user access token was intensional, so there are no plans to make this information available to application tokens. More context is provided in the follows endpoints announcement (https://discuss.dev.twitch.com/t/follows-endpoints-and-eventsub-subscription-type-are-now-available-in-open-beta/43322). That being said, your use case is a great tool for users who opt into your service; any two lists from users that want to share this information can be compared for overlapping communities and interests.
