allow export to youtube from twitch api
The API has no way to initiate an export, and there's no bulk export in the video producer ui, so you're stuck doing vods one at a time which is error-prone and annoying. Please add an export API!
Thanks,
Chris

This would help/have helped those who suddenly had to export large numbers of highlights and will help automate the process.
As stated, it would be nice to be able to check on the progress too, but just giving us an endpoint to do the export would help a lot. You can even roll it out only allowing one active export at a time, if you are worried about being overwhelmed with requests, or that you have to build a system to properly manage it, and let us worry about queuing things up for now.
Really, all functionality that already exists in the "Video Producer" section of the website should have endpoints:
* Update Title
* Update Description
* Update Category (which I don't think actually works on the site)
* Download
* Add to playlist -

Would love at least two endpoints: Export Video and Check Export Status. Additionally would want an EventSub subscription (something like video.export.start/video.export.end). Could require: channel:manage:videos.
Export Video could use videoId, description, doSplit, private, tags, and title.
Check Export Status could use videoId and return status on any ongoing exports.
