    Would love at least two endpoints: Export Video and Check Export Status. Additionally would want an EventSub subscription (something like video.export.start/video.export.end). Could require: channel:manage:videos.

    Export Video could use videoId, description, doSplit, private, tags, and title.

    Check Export Status could use videoId and return status on any ongoing exports.
