Ads status endpoint
Please provide an endpoint that returns the following information
- adverts last run
- adverts can run next (retry_after)
- adverts max duration
It would be useful to provide better tooling for streamers whom have a contract requiring ads to be run.

These requested features are available in the Get Ad Schedule API endpoint.
The requested "retry_after" feature is not available directly, but can be inferred.
