Incomplete documentation
The scopes should be defined in more detail. For instance, from this page, I cannot tell what scope I need to view stream start time, nor can I tell where to go to find this information.

This is a good point, so we've added a link from the scopes section to the endpoints reference. While the scope definitions give a general sense of the information being requested, the endpoints reference is where you will find specific information about how to find the information you're interested to retrieve and it makes sense to point developers there for more information.
