On June 10, we began requiring a "parent" to be defined in the embed URL, which specifies the website URL where you are embedding Twitch. The example below shows how someone would embed CohhCarnage's stream on the website example.com. Note that UserVoice has an issue with double quotes sometimes, so """ should just be a ".
`<iframe src="https://player.twitch.tv/?channel=cohhcarnage&parent=example.com" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="true" scrolling="no" height="378" width="620"></iframe>`

If you're having an issue with the embed, you need to set the parent to your domain name, and include parents for any iframes that the embed is within.
You do not own streamernews.example.com, so that wont work.
