An error occurred while saving the comment theDist commented0cpm is the channel type where they have some of the benefits of Partnership, such as verified tick, access to transcode, channel points, etc... but lack the monetization options such as no sub button, no control over ads (ads still run, but it's like an un-monetized channel where the broadcaster receives no revenue). An example being twitch.tv/twitch
From my understanding, the reason it's not documented anywhere is because it's not publicly a service Twitch provides and is not something you can apply for. Those that have a need for it would have a business relationship with Twitch and work closely with them and may have a need of it for other reasons. For example in the past I've worked with Twitch to get charity streams 0cpm, or esports events, things that have legitimate need for the status.
0cpm is not directly a Dev related thing, so wouldn't really be appropriate to document on the dev site (I'm not sure if Helix even references it any more, as it's not something 3rd parties need to be concerned about), and as Barry has mentioned isn't a thing that is given like it was in past years and things have become more controlled.

In most cases, the bots that need partnership/0cpm, know how to get it, and those that don't know usually don't have legitimate reasons to need it.

An error occurred while saving the comment theDist commentedAs well as an Update Featured Clip endpoint, to toggle the status, we'll also need the current status of if a clip is featured or not added to the existing Get Clips endpoint.
Considering the number of clips returned are always limited, I don't think additional params to sort clips by featured status or not is required as it'll be easy enough to page through the limited pages and sort on the devs side, but if there are future plans to allow for more clips then perhaps a sort param by featured, view count, or date, would be nice.

An error occurred while saving the comment theDist commentedLimiting it to only being able to earn 1 Drop at a time encourages viewership of the games in question, which is one of the reasons for Drops campaigns in the first place.
To remove this restriction and let users earn progress towards multiple campaigns concurrently would only encourage trying to game the system and would not appropriately increase viewership of the games running Drops campagins.

An error occurred while saving the comment theDist commentedA time based Drop could be from any number of eligible broadcasters, and when a Drop is earned by a user it could be claimed from the inventory screen rather than on a particular channel.

An error occurred while saving the comment theDist commentedYou should reach out to the game developers/publishers that are running the Drops campaign, it is up to them to choose what channels are eligible for Drops, not Twitch.

There is a Discord server for 3rd party developers https://link.twitch.tv/devchat
