Please can we add this feature to the API?
The last official response I had for this feature was that it was a security concern, but the API can delete VODs, and the GraphQL (which is not permitted to developers) can do this already. What's the security issue with something like this? Why is this not already a thing for resources?
A feature like this will allow developers to delete improper clips, which considering clips are created by third parties, should allow the creator as much freedom as required to delete them considering they are resources owned and liable by the creator.
Please can we allow it, even a specific scoped role we have to request through OAuth is something MUCH better than what we have at the moment - nothing.

Actually there is a new discussion on this related to DMCA.
I actually have a list of standardized fields from CJIS we could use to ensure the deletion and clip metadata process is as transparent and fair as possible.
Would anyone be interested in my listing them out?

There is a way to delete Clips as a Streamer using GraphQL.
but according to twitch you are not permitted to use that existing API https://discuss.dev.twitch.tv/t/is-it-legal-to-use-https-gql-twitch-tv-gql-endpoint/21811So this is getting my upvote and in addition I'd ask for a role based implementation, so moderators/editors can help the streamers to delete clips (that might violate TOS as a good example)

This is an essential need for developers to build tools to help broadcasters manage clips during the increase of DMCA requests
