Add Ban-reason to users that are banned in /moderation/banned

Moderators are able to add a reason/description whenever they ban people in chat (/ban [username] reason)

This information is currently only available in the "not allowed to use" GraphQL-api, but should also be added to the documentet endpoints; /moderation/banned and /moderation/banned/events

(Ban-reason is different from moderator-comments.)

    Even when Moderators post the reasons for DENYING an UNBAN REQUEST, those texts do not appear towards the banned individual. It only shows "Your unban request has been denied on (date/time)," but with no explanation, even when it was typed out. The reasons that the Moderators write in the unban requests should appear to the banned individual when it's denied.
