For a platform claiming to be about community, only ever seeing the 1% spotlighted for BHM, Pride Month, etc or featured as the PogChamp of the day is very discouraging to us small streamers who feel like we're purely an afterthought to Twitch as a whole because we don't have hundreds of people watching.

Hey There, I Was Just Wondering If There Is A Better Way For Smaller Streamers To Have A Chance In The Spotlight As I Have Seen So Many People Give Up Because Of This. It Would Be Ideal Even If I Was For A Day Just To Help Them Get Noticed.

I dont get any viewers and i do other social media accounts and it seems impossiple to get more people to join

Streamers with ten or more viewers will be put on recomended tabs more offten

Its very hard for streamers to stream when there is no viewers xD U should make some algorythm or something like that that attracts more viewers xD

I've been streaming for almost 2 months and have put over 200 hours into this. I feel like my channel still is next to impossible to find or even be seen. Twitch needs to create an area for streamers under 50 followers but are showing that want to be seen. At the end of the day, Twitch does not do anything to help people trying to make a name for themself on here but forces them to compete for views with the big dogs on here. This isn't a good thing and should of been addressed ages ago.

Twitch podría recomendarte a otras personas y que no tengan que entrar a buscarte ya que eres nuevo y no tienes espectadores y tienen que bajar hasta la siguiente página, deberían mejorar ese aspecto para ayudar a los streamers pequeños como nosotros

Novas formas de incentivos a novos canais até que eles consigam bater as metas de ser afiliados e parceiros como por exemplo aumentando um pouco a visibilidade a cada meta batida alcance e visualizações ajudam muito na caminhada e eu acho que é a unica coisa que falta de apoio a novos canais aqui na twitch Lembrem se nos novatos somos o futuro da plataforma trazemos renovação novas ideias e trabalhos e com a gente um novo publico acho que merecemos também sermos valorizados

I think this is a great idea. It would be easy enough to call it 'Featured Affiliate', and just feature someone every 12 hours or so. Or have a 'Featured Affiliate' section that highlights a group of affiliates that Twitch feels are putting out great content.

every month twitch searches for a good small streamer (they should be active ,etc)
and they give him or her a shoutout

Me doy la libertad de hablar en nombre de otros colegas y de mi mismo. A nuestro parecer, Twitch carece de una opción de recomendaciones de parte de la audiencia, la cual consume y disfruta nuestro contenido. Gracias a estas personas, o mejor dicho, nosotros, es que los canales crecen, pero si nosotros no les podemos alcanzar de alguna manera nuestra crítica constructiva, se puede llegar a crear una barrera entre los espectadores y el streamer. A lo que voy es, creemos que debería existir una opción de reseña, feedback, contribución, etc.
(Para prevenir el spam de los bien llamados "Haters" debería haber un filtro de vocabulario o mismo de spam como tantos otros.)

Me pareció fabulosa la guía rápida de como introducirme al mundo de twitch! me parecido rápido y dinámico. Estoy muy conforme con todo.
Me gustaría hacer una pequeña sugerencia. En la pagina principal estaría bueno, que existiera un espacio para los mas nuevos, donde uno pueda ir viendo sugerencias para ver directamente sin tener que ir a la sección explorar. Que a pesar de ser nuevo, alguien te pueda encontrar de casualidad sin tener que apuntar todo hacia ello. Nunca se sabe, a veces se pierden grandes talentos por estar ocupado viendo siempre lo mismo. :) Gracias por todo! :)

Yeni yayın açmaya başlamış birini twitch'in en diplerine birilerinin görmesi ve keşfetmesi çok zor. Bunun için görevleri yapan küçük yayıncılar yüksek izlenen yayıncıların yanında gözükebilir.Yüksek izlenen , bir kitleye sahip olan yayıncılar için olumsuz bir durum da teşkil etmiyor.Sonuç olarak onların zaten bir kitlesi var herkes tarafından reklamları yapılıyor. :)

Let's suppose there are 100 people on twitch and you are in the Music Category.
6 person are on your category and the other 94 are on Just Chatting (real ratio, not kidding.)

If you stream yourself live making music you wont be discovered and if you do, be happy for your 2 viewers.
Just chatting is over saturated. It should be limited if you want to keep your Affiliate/Partner status to 2 Hours per week.
If you don't have content just don't stream. Nobody forces you.

Anyway, if you like my idea vote it. I think it will help us (small streamers).
