As a small streamer that has come back after a long period of time, I'm realizing that there is no real growth for small channels. The big is favored over the small by default for it is the default search metric when searching categories. You have to actively search out small channels if that's what you're interested in, which most aren't because the lack of community. You could be doing everything right but no real growth is had. My suggestion is changing the default search method to small to big allowing some visibility. There also needs to be some sort of incentive to visit new channels. They say networking is key but what type of system is that a small streamer goes into other streams to beg for views? That sounds like a system of beggars begging from beggars that is even if the chat or streamer acknowledges your messages. There has to be a better system. You got a lot of bad actors in these channels being in the wrong channel, abusing the tags, afk channels, betting channels on pre recorded fights, and the list goes on. We need more ways to report bad actors outside the normal catagories.
