Discover new streamers by personality, not just game they're playing
Twitch has essentially no idea what I find enjoyable in a streamer because all of the data collected and used to recommend new streamers is based on A.) Playing same/similar games and B.) Overlap in community. While overlap in community helps sometimes, it still can totally miss the point.
I don't watch streamers based on what games they're playing, in fact I nearly never watch a streamer playing the same games I do. What I look for in a streamer is their environment and personality.
It would be a good idea to give the ability to find streamers based on these factors instead of just the games they play. If a streamer is loud, or gets angry and screams a lot, or is constantly talking about drama, I'm out of there instantly no matter what game they're playing. I prefer a cozy, softspoken kind stream where the chat is welcoming, and I have no way to find that outside of sheer luck currently

Just wanted to say that you can find these streamers by looking up their tags they use. Just search "friendly" "positive" or whatever in the search field and twitch will show you those with that tag. by adding an "attitude" category would actually require so many drop down menus to be specific on "attitude" cuz everybody is going to want it their way.
