Allow any user to create a publicly shareable playlist (or other name for a list of streamers) similar to how playlists work on Spotify
Most platforms have some way to build and share lists of content. Super users curate these lists for others to discover. I struggle to find streamers with the current available tools. This would improve discoverability within the platform.

This seems very similar to user-curated playlists on YouTube or games lists on Steam, both of which are great ways for a user to find new content curated by a source that the user trusts. Please do this.
