Dear Twitch and twitch community!

I am writing to you to inform you about the problems users are experiencing when searching and viewing content related to Perfect World on your platform, as well as problems with the category itself and saving videos after live streaming.

It all started when in June 2024, the Perfect World section on Twitch incorrectly redirected to another project that has nothing to do with the original 2005 MMORPG.
All old recordings and streams now lead to https://www.igdb.com/games/perfect-world--1 instead of the correct link https://www.igdb.com/games/perfect-world. This means that streamers playing the original Perfect World game cannot be found by users, negatively affecting their views and audience engagement.

The following issues have arisen due to this bug:

1. When setting a category for the stream and clicking on the game picture itself - there is a non-correct redirection. (From https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/perfect-world to https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/perfect-world-1)

1. In the category selection when editing the stream appears two identical games, and the first should be MMORPG 2005, and the second new indie game 2024. Right now it turns out we have two indie games from 2024.

1. Even if you select the right category, the live broadcasts themselves are not saved correctly and are still displayed here https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/perfect-world-1/videos/all, while they should be here https://www.twitch.tv/directory/category/perfect-world/videos/all.

2. In the mobile app Twitch does not display broadcasts on the category Perfect World. At the top it says that at the moment there are 500 viewers, but at the same time it says “There is currently no broadcast dedicated to Perfect World”. No sorting or filtering is set.

I hope you can quickly address this situation and fix the bugs so that users can easily find and view content related to the original Perfect World game. This will also allow streamers playing this game to maintain their audience and views.

Best regards, Perfect World players.
