Allow Streamers to set and keep a tag for all streams
Some streamers will always use a certain set of tags to describe their stream. Having to re-select those tags every single time we select a different game is tedious. Please allow us to "sticky" certain tags that will always be present no matter what game we are choosing to play.

It would be nice to be able to set tags for your channel as a whole as well as for stream. There are tags I will pretty much always use and reflect my channel as a whole rather than just that game/stream.
Things like nationality, language and identity that aren't likely to change. Other channel tags should include if you only stream particular games (ie FPS only), use a virtual avatar or no camera.
I believe it will help discoverability and make it easier for people to get an idea of what a channel is about.
